Why shop locally, when you can bring in a photographer and/or videographer from Orange County or the San Fernando Valley? Because we live and work here, we know all the best spots.
We don't need directions to the El Porto area for beach shots, or Polliwog Park for a nice greenery background. We know how to position the couple at lifeguard station #42 so they stand out with the water reflecting behind them in the lifeguard station window. Our second home is under the Manhattan Beach Pier. We not only know how to get to Verandas, the Manhattan Beach Marriott, Belamar, the Shade and other venues are, we drive by them every day, and have photographed there many times.

Manhattan Beach is the jewel of the South Bay, with several possibilities for weddings. Many like to get wed on the beach itself (no permit needed if less than 50 guests) or one of four hotels for both ceremony and reception: the Manhattan Beach Marriott, Belamar Hotel, Shade Hotel and Verandas.
The Marriott is the largest choice, with weddings set against its large green golf course, and receptions inside in one of the Marriott's ballrooms.
Couples get married in the courtyard at the cozy Belamar, with receptions in one of two ballrooms.
The Shade also looks to the even smaller, but comfortable courtyard, with receptions in the hip Shade restaurant. The Shade is three blocks from the beach.
The two-story Verandas brings people inside after the courtyard wedding, for a multi-level reception. Verandas is two blocks from the beach.
